The Fitabolism Macro Method

The Fitabolism Macro Method involves taking the guess work out of dieting. I help guide individuals to their specific macronutrient and caloric intake goals. Macronutrients are the protein, carbohydrates, and fats that make up the total amount of calories. We used to be instructed to count calories and restrict in order to lose weight. However, the macronutrient breakdown of calories is actually the missing key element to achieving weight loss, sustain weight loss results, and improve strength and muscle mass. Dialing in on the specific macronutrients your body needs, is exactly what makes the metabolism work most efficiently.
This is where the concepts of Macro Counting & Reverse Dieting come into play...
​Reverse dieting is a gradual and structured approach to increase your caloric intake after a period of calorie restriction or yo-yo dieting. We do this while adjusting one or all 3 macronutrients. This in turn allows you to eat MORE FOOD without gaining any weight. The goal is to boost your metabolism, and prevent weight to happen again. We can not live in low calories, our body needs fuel to run efficiently. However, we often will try to eat more calories but soon gain weight. This is where our macro method comes into play.

We look at what you are currently doing, and fine tune your macronutrients, to get your metabolism working better and more efficiently.

Weekly Check In
At the end of each week, using the Fitabolism Nutrition App, you will check in with your coach.
This is where all the magic happens! Based on the information you provide in your check in form you complete weekly, your coach will make the necessary adjustments to your calorie and macronutrient goal.

Macro Adjustment
My custom one on one coaching, and "how much" you should eat is not one size fits all. To get a true snapshot how to help you, I observe your current eating habits before setting up your initial plan and numbers. This is so important before starting. After seeing what you are doing, I now know what to fine-tune to make changes start to happen for you. I start you in a, reverse diet. We have to get you consistent with tracking your food, losing poor dieting habits, and out of metabolic adaption. Reverse dieting is slowly increasing your calories, allowing you to eat MORE FOOD without gaining any weight. This improves energy levels, your relationship with food, and your resting metabolic rate.
