"Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes"

Hi, I'm BrookCie!
Founder and head coach at Fitabolism Nutrition. I started my career with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing nearly 8 years ago. In that time, I found a strong love and passion for helping people look & feel their absolute best. I wanted to further my practice and educate others, how to prevent poor health issues down the road, or improve current ones. Live a balanced healthy lifestyle. Teach others how food and nutrition truly work for our bodies, and take the guess work out of it.
Now more than ever, we are constantly being inundated on how to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle...From the endless "Fad Diets" to what Celebrity & Fitness Influencers are telling us what we "should" do.
Say goodbye to calorie restricting and learn how to reach your goals and sustain them. All while eating impressive caloric levels that actually fuel your body.

My Own Journey
I have always struggled with the fear of being overweight. I love food and hated feeling as if I had to over-restrict on everything I ate in order to lose weight and maintain a "healthier" weight. I have suffered from bulimia during stressful times and anorexia in the past.
It was not until I found Macros I was able to learn how to manage my weight better while still enjoying the foods I love. I learned during stressful times to still hit my daily goal of food and not feel the urge to purge, binge, or starve myself. I truly believe working on yourself while learning how to not over-restrict or over-indulge around food can really create life sustaining results and a healthier relationship with yourself and food.

I have had plenty of stressful events in my life over the years while being a single mother, going through divorce, graduating nursing school, starting new careers, and a new businesses, all while raising children. These are all great excuses to put myself on the back burner. This is where a lot of people would find they would gain weight. However, I have found that balance to manage these life changes while continuing to work on myself, my body, my health, and mental health.
I learned I can go out to dinners, go on vacations, enjoy cookies, cake, and eat whole foods, and still see results. I now eat more than I ever have and have been able to help hundreds of clients achieve the same lifestyle and sustain their results.

With this lifestyle, I learned to stop punishing myself when I ate what I told myself was “bad food” by doing hours of cardio. I found my balance and have helped hundreds of clients find their balance too. I want to continue to help others find their healthy balance as well, while reaching their weight loss goals, and maintaining their results. I furthered my practice as a registered nurse and became a personal trainer and macro coach to hopefully help even one person reach their goals. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to help countless clients grow mentally, physically, and improve their health overall.
My Coaching Philosophy

Having guided countless clients on their individual journeys, I take great pride in helping them find their unique, healthy balance as they strive to reach their weight loss goals and sustain long-lasting results. My focus has shifted from severe calorie restriction and exhausting cardio sessions to an approach centered around balance nutrition and strength training within a reasonable time frame. I've witnessed firsthand the incredible transformations that occurs when individuals let go of self-punishment and embrace a holistic approach to their overall health and wellness.
With a relentless passion for guiding others towards optimal health, I am dedicated to continue my mission. My goal is to empower individuals, just like you, to discover their own healthy balance while achieving their weight loss dreams and maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Together, we can create lasting change and foster a community of individuals who prioritize their health without sacrificing the enjoyment of food!
